The concept of this blog is a direct result of a conversation I had with a christain sister friend on July 9th, 2009. I was so passionate about finding a way to assist her with some scriptures and some words of encouragement that would give her day-to-day strength to go into the battlefield and fight her spriritual war in the workplace with confidence. So, I decided to not only help her but every woman who has ever had a workplace battle and needed to be encouraged.
